1. Agreement

By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms and any separate statements of work or master services agreements executed between parties.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed, client-owned materials remain client property; pre-existing company IP remains with Advantage AI Engineering Private Limited; project-specific deliverables are assigned as set forth in the applicable agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect confidential information disclosed during engagements using reasonable care.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advantage AI Engineering Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site; liability for direct damages is capped as stated in the governing agreement, if any.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
